Meet Briana Foust- Certified Full Spectrum Doula & Owner of Anchored Birth LLC

Hi, I’m Briana — wife, mama to two amazing kids, follower of Jesus, and the heart behind Anchored Birth LLC. I’m a certified full-spectrum doula through DONA International, serving families across Missouri that live in Lincoln, St. Charles, Warren, Pike Counties, and surrounding areas. I find it such a joy to walk alongside families during one of the most transformative seasons of life.
My passion for birth work runs deep — I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, encouraged, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to offer faith-filled, compassionate care that’s anchored in Christ and tailored to your unique journey.
When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me outside soaking up the sunshine with my husband and kids, serving in our church’s kids ministry, or cheering on other moms as they navigate their own motherhood journey.
For me, this work isn’t just a job — it’s a calling.
